’Tis the season for festive drinks and local Christmas markets. While nothing quite compares to sipping mulled wine in Italy (or most of Europe, really), I always look forward to the artisan markets that appear in and around Kelowna each year.

From decorated indoor fairs to twinkling outdoor pop-ups, these seasonal events offer local gifts, nostalgic treats, and a curated dose of holiday magic. This guide lists Christmas markets in Kelowna and nearby Okanagan towns that (in my opinion) are worth a visit. I’ve gathered my annual favourites and a few new ones I’m eyeing this year. 

The markets are organized by date for easy planning, and each one is either hosted in Kelowna or just a short day trip away.
