Every November I find myself impatiently waiting for the second week to arrive. Otherwise known as the week when I bring out the first half (phase one) of my Christmas boxes. It is also when I hang my Christmas wreath on the front door, officially marking the beginning of the holiday season!
Incase you were wondering which Christmas boxes I bring out before December, they are the ones that include:
- all things Christmas baking
- winter decor
- winter candles
- Christmas cards
- the front door wreath
All of my remaining Christmas boxes (phase two) are brought out on the first week of December.
Anyhow, I like to think that a wreath is one of the easiest ways to bring a touch more Christmas cheer to a home. The freshness that the evergreen brings is simply a bonus!
So why stop at the front door? Especially since we don’t usually see it once we are inside.
Whether you gravitate toward larger or smaller wreaths, consider adding one (or a few) within the busier spaces of your home’s interior. Such as the foyer, living room, powder room, hallway, kitchen, butler’s pantry, dining room, or even the stairwell.
I have always loved the look of smaller evergreen wreaths, with white ribbon, hanging from a kitchen or living room window. This way they can be enjoyed from the inside and outside of your home!
Regardless if you are wanting to add a wreath to the inside of your home or are simply looking to change things up, I have gathered a number of indoor Christmas wreath looks that are simple, minimal and evergreen.
